Warranty and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if any product does not meet your expectations, simply return it WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY and we will provide you with a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE **, excluding Special Orders and/or Closeout Items (in which case all sales are final).
Please make sure your return meets the following 5 conditions:
- The product has not been used. An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or products that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect.
- The product is returned in its original packaging including all certificates and the product's packaging has not been damaged (for example, product packaging such as boxes and plastic wrapping must be returned undamaged and should not be used as the exposed return shipping carton).
- You request an RMA number within 30 days of receiving your order and clearly mark the number on the outside of the return packaging. No RMA numbers will be issued after this 30-day period. Return packages without a clearly marked RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the shipper's expense.
- The product is returned within 15 days of receiving an RMA number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period. If the invoice price for the product you are returning is:
- Less than $500: You can use the shipping carrier of you choice. However, please make sure that your return is fully insured and you request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. Gembaby.com is not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- More than $500: You must ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

Damaged or Defective Products
To ensure the highest possible quality, our jewelry specialists fully inspect each product before it ships. We also fully guarantee all of our jewelry products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective within the first 30 days of reciept, or has been damaged in shipping, we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a full refund or an exchange, provided the conditions listed in this return policy are met.
RMA Request
In order to return, exchange, or replace any item purchased from Gembaby.com, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please use the RMA Request Form. Once you have received your RMA number, you must clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping box containing the product you wish to return. Please be aware that no return will be accepted without a clearly marked RMA number.
